Launching the new Total Cladding Systems website

I have just completed the new website for Total Cladding Systems (TCS). The core goal was to build a stronger online showcase and digital presence that attracts new customers and makes their services immediately clear.

What We Built

• A full marketing website covering Home, Services, Projects, About, Accreditations, Policies, and Contact
• A structured services journey for cladding, facade systems, glazing, refurbishment, fire remediation, roofing, and maintenance
• Dynamic project case study pages powered by CMS-style content from Supabase
• A secure enquiry flow with spam protection and automated email responses
• SEO foundations including metadata, JSON-LD structured data, a dynamic sitemap, and robots setup

Design Direction

The visual direction was clean and minimal, while still feeling playful and modern.

We also introduced custom motion throughout the site, including scroll reveals, page transitions, animated hero tiles, and image carousels, with responsive behaviour across mobile and desktop.

• Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4
• Supabase for content, media, and enquiries
• Resend for admin notifications and user confirmation emails
• Cloudflare Turnstile, honeypot checks, and rate limiting for form protection
• Deployment-ready setup for Vercel

Outcome

Most importantly, the client is really happy with the final result and how well it represents the TCS brand.
